Difficulty of gas cutting/drilling?
Easy to cut and drill, moderate hardness (HB≈150–180), no tendency to harden.
Cold bending performance?
Good, can be cold bent 180° (d=2a) without cracking.
Hot working temperature?
1150–1250℃ Heating, 850–950℃ Final rolling/forging, avoid overheating/burning.
Corrosion resistance?
Atmospheric corrosion resistance is better than Q235, but it is not stainless steel; outdoor applications require anti-rust paint/galvanizing.
Delivery condition?
Hot rolled, controlled rolled, normalized (hot rolled is commonly used).
