DX51D + AZ150 galvalume steel coils is a premium hot-dip coated steel coil, combining the strength of DX51D base steel with the protective AZ150 aluminum-zinc coating. The DX51D base metal (steel number 1.0917) features a chemical composition of ≤0.18% carbon, ≤1.20% manganese, and ≤0.12% phosphorus, adhering to the BS EN 10346:2015 standard for continuously hot-dip coated low-carbon products.

The AZ150 coating refers to a nominal coating weight of 150 g/m² per double side, with a single-side thickness of approximately 20 μm, forming a dense quaternary crystal structure that provides dual protection against corrosion.
