Production Process

Material Selection

High-quality cold-rolled steel coils are chosen as the substrate. They undergo cleaning and rust removal processes to ensure a contaminant-free surface for optimal coating adhesion.

Primer Application

A primer is applied to enhance the coating's adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Curing

After primer application, the steel coil is sent to a drying oven for high-temperature curing, ensuring a strong bond between the primer and the substrate.

Top Coat Application

Various colors and patterns can be applied during this step to meet diverse market demands. Like the primer, the top coat also undergoes high-temperature curing for hardness and wear resistance.

Cooling and Packaging

After cooling, the color coated steel coils are rolled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
