1. Designed by patented technology and software with premium performance.
2. Core is made of high quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet which produced in step-lap technology.
3. Winding is using high strength enameled wire or paper-insulated wire or copper belt, which offers uniform distribution of ampere-turns, reasonable insulation structure with high ability to withstand short-circuit.
4. Oil tank is corrugated type with high corrosion resistance. Tank surface pre-treatment liquid and coating powder adopts international top brands. The tank is degreasing, pickling, phosphorated, electrophoresis by automatic production lines, then power spray coating and heat-solidify.
5. The active part applies core free-hanging structure. The gasket is made of high-quality acrylate rubber which can inhibit ageing caused by sun and heat.

Insulation
To prevent electrical conductivity between windings and the core, and turns of the windings.
Radiators/Heat Exchangers
To facilitate heat dissipation in oil-filled transformers.
Bushing
Maintain electrical isolation.
Tap Changer
Maintain voltage stability despite fluctuations in load or input voltage.
Breather
Regulate the intake of air when the oil level expands and contracts due to temperature changes for oil transformer.
Mounting Hardware
Bolts, brackets, and other hardware used to secure the transformer to its concrete pad.

1. Ambient temperature: Maximum +40ºC, Minimum -40ºC
2. Altitude: les Lehan 1000 meters.
3. Seismic level: less than 3m/s2 at horizontal direction and less than 1.5m/s2 at vertical direction.
4. Installation environment: No obvious and heavy pollution, no explosive and corrosive gas and dust, with good air ventilation and no severe vibration and shock.
