The "D" in Dx54D+Z stands for flat material for cold forming, "X" means that the substrate state is not specified, "54" is the serial number, representing extra deep drawing, "D" is the hot-dip code, and "+Z" stands for hot-dip galvanizing. The carbon steel substrate is pickled and cleaned to remove rust and dirt, and then the zinc coating is evenly covered on the surface of the steel plate through the hot-dip galvanizing process. A solid zinc layer is formed.
