Clarifying the end use and environment: This is the key factor in selecting the zinc coating grade and material grade. High-grade zinc coatings (such as G90 and above) are essential for coastal, industrial, and high-humidity environments. Material grade (yield strength and tensile strength) should be considered for load-bearing structural components.
