Among them, the production process of galvanized G90 low-carbon steel sheets includes three main links: pretreatment, galvanizing process and post-treatment.
G90 is a standard mark for galvanized steel sheets, which indicates that the average minimum weight of the galvanized sheet measured at three points on both sides is 0.9 ounces per square foot (oz/ft²), that is, the total zinc layer on both sides is 0.9oz/ft². Converted into metric units, this is equivalent to a zinc layer weight of 275 grams per square meter (g/m²). Further converted into zinc layer thickness, it is about 31 microns (average thickness). It is widely used in various occasions that require anti-corrosion protection, such as building structures, daily necessities, electrical racks, automotive parts, pipelines, etc.
