Last week, GNEE STEEL welcomed several South American clients to its production base in North China to explore cooperation on DX51D galvanized steel coil, Z275 galvanized steel, and prepainted galvanized steel coil. The visit aimed to strengthen long-term supply partnerships and ensure product specifications align with ASTM and ISO9001 standards.
During the tour, the clients observed the hot dipped galvanized steel process, where cold rolled galvanized steel coil is immersed in molten zinc for perfect coating adhesion. They also viewed the automatic quality control system that ensures precise coating weights for Z275 and Z350 grades.
The visitors were particularly impressed with the smooth surface and bright finish of DX51D galvanized steel coil, which is widely applied in construction, home appliances, and transport equipment. GNEE STEEL's technicians introduced detailed parameters including thickness tolerance, tensile strength, and elongation values.
After the visit, both sides agreed to initiate a long-term procurement framework covering PPGI steel coil, color coated galvanized steel coil, and DX51D Z350 galvanized sheet. The South American customers praised GNEE STEEL's transparency, efficiency, and product reliability-key strengths that continue to attract global buyers.
