Galvanized Steel Four Blades Ground Screw is mainly composed of three parts: hot-forged pipe body, four-blade spiral blade, and connecting flange. The spiral blade and flange are welded to the pipe body, and the whole is hot-dip galvanized to achieve anti-corrosion, anti-rust and durability.
Galvanizing is an important feature of galvanized steel four-blade ground screw. Through galvanizing, a protective layer of zinc can be formed on the surface of the screw, which can effectively prevent the screw from being affected by oxidation and corrosion, thereby extending its service life. The galvanized layer can also make the surface of the screw smoother, less prone to burrs, and present a silver-white characteristic.
The anti-corrosion life of galvanized steel four-blade ground screw can reach more than 25 years, and even more than 30 years in some environments.
