PPGI Color
PPGL consists of aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel (55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si) with high-performance organic coatings (PE/PVDF/HDP). It offers 2-4 times better corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel, with superior heat reflectivity (up to 80% solar reflectance) and thermal stability (withstanding 315°C). The material features excellent formability for bending/punching applications while maintaining paint adhesion. Widely used in roofing, wall cladding, HVAC systems, and industrial applications due to its durability (20-30 year lifespan) and aesthetic versatility (200+ color options). Complies with ASTM A792/AZM 3452 standards.
