Cold-rolled coils refer to steel strips that are directly rolled to a certain thickness with rolls at room temperature and rolled into full coils with a winder. Compared with hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils have a brighter surface and a higher finish, but produce more internal stress, and are often annealed after cold-rolling.
With good performance, the cold-rolled steel plate and strip with thinner thickness and higher precision can be obtained by hot rolling through cold rolling, with high flatness, high surface finish, bright surface cleaning and easy to be coated and plated. Cold hard rolls are widely used, mainly in automobile, printing iron drums, construction, household appliances and other industries, and are also high quality substrate for galvanized sheets and color plates.
