DC01 cold rolled steel
DC01 cold rolled steel is a mild steel grade known for its excellent forming ability, uniform mechanical performance, and superior surface quality. These characteristics are achieved through cold rolling, a technique in which steel is processed at room temperature, significantly enhancing its dimensional accuracy and overall mechanical properties. DC01 has a low carbon content, providing excellent ductility while maintaining sufficient strength for standard forming and shaping applications.

Difference between hot rolled steel sheet
1)Different colors
The surface of hot-rolled plate is brown, and the color is inconsistent, or bai has du pattern without oil.
2)Different texture edges
The texture of cold-rolled plate is delicate and smooth, and the edge is neat
The surface texture of hot-roled plate is rough, the shape is not regular for cold roling, and sometimes the edges are iregular
3)Different specifications
Cold-rolled plates are generally thin with a thicknes ofless than 3.0mm (except for customization), silvery white is galvanized plate. and color is color coated plateHotroled plates are generally over 1.5mm (except customized ones), the thinest is not less than 1.0, and they have temperature-dependent oxidation paems.
4)Different hardness
