The main type of photovoltaic galvanized angle steel is hot-dip galvanized angle steel, which is made by immersing the rust-removed angle steel in a molten zinc liquid at about 500℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the angle steel, thereby achieving the purpose of corrosion protection. This treatment method allows the hot-dip galvanized angle steel to remain stable in various strong corrosive environments such as strong acid and alkali mist. The thickness of the zinc coating is uniform and can reach 30-50um. The coating forms a metallurgical bond with the steel and becomes part of the steel surface, so it has good durability and reliability.
