DX51D hot-dip galvanized steel coil is a continuously coated, general cold-forming grade to EN 10346,supplied with a zinc coating (commonly Z60-Z275) for corrosion resistance. GNEE STEEL supplies DX51D coil in thickness 0.20-3.00 mm and width 600-1500 mm for roofing, cladding,automotive, and appliance manufacturing.

Product Overview

DX51D is the most widely used galvanized grade for bending, roll-forming, and light drawing. The "DX" family denotes flat products for cold forming; "51D" indicates the softest, most formable subclass. A zinc coating is applied by immersing the cold-rolled strip in molten zinc, forming a protective alloy layer plus a free-zinc layer.
