Products Description
Galvalume coils are based on cold-rolled steel strip, coated with an alloy coating composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and trace amounts of other elements through a continuous hot-dip coating process. The coating has a honeycomb structure, with aluminum surrounding zinc to form a composite protective mechanism that combines the physical barrier properties of aluminum with the electrochemical corrosion resistance of zinc.

Product Analysis
The galvalume steel is composed of aluminum-zinc alloy structure, which is composed of 55% aluminum,43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600°C. Its entire structure is composed of alminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal of an alloy.

Packaging and Shipping
- Surface Protection and Rust Prevention
Before shipment, the galvanized steel sheets are coated with a layer of anti-rust oil or anti-fingerprint coating to prevent oxidation caused by humidity during transportation and storage.
If requested by the customer, a protective film will also be applied to prevent scratches during handling or processing.
