DC53D+AZ Al-Zn Alloy-Coated Steel

Aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheet, also known as aluzinc steel, is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600℃. Its overall structure is composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy. The surface of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet is smooth and flat, with a silver-white base color. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance.

DC53D+AZ aluminum zinc standard coating weights are 30/30g/m2, 40/40g/m2, 50/50g/m2, 60/60g/m2, 75/75g/m2, 90/90g/m2.
When the coating weight is 50/50g/m2, the coating thickness is 13.3μm.

b . means when the thickness not more than 0.7mm, the minimum value r90 can lower 0.2, n90 can lower 0.01.
c . means For difference thickness of coating products, thick coating surface as the outer surface of the bending test.
