Applications
The four products serve the same broad markets - roofing, fencing, piping, cladding, and general construction - but differ in protection and finish.
- GI (galvanized, zinc-coated) is the economical default where basic rust resistance and a metallic look suffice.
- GL (Galvalume, aluminium-zinc coated) resists corrosion two to four times longer than equal-mass galvanized, ideal for coastal or industrial roofing.
- PPGI adds a factory paint system over GI for colored cladding and appliances, while PPGL does the same over Galvalume for longest-life colored envelopes. The thin 0.13-2.0 mm range suits roofing, flashing, ducting, appliance panels, and light fabrication where heavy gauge is unnecessary.
