Galvanized steel coil DIN refers to continuous hot-dip galvanized steel coil that meets German industrial standards. It uses advanced technology to form a dense zinc layer on the surface of the substrate, which has both corrosion resistance, ductility and processing adaptability.

‌1.DIN EN 10346 Series‌

 

The zinc layer coverage is 80-275 g/㎡, suitable for high-strength structural parts and automobile manufacturing. The product thickness ranges from 1.5 to 5.0 mm, and the width is 900 to 1600 mm. It can be weighed by weighing or calculating.

 

2.DIN EN 10152 Series‌

 

The electro-galvanized coils of models DC01+ZE 18/18 and DC04+ZE can reach a thickness of 1.1 mm and are commonly used in precision processing fields such as refrigerator door panels and automotive parts. Surface treatment includes phosphating process to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

3.DIN EN 10142 Series‌

 

Imported galvanized coils (such as N2 surface treatment type) with a thickness of 0.4 to 3.0 mm are suitable for construction and industrial equipment manufacturing. The uniformity of the zinc layer meets European standards.
