Galvannealed steel has very similar properties as standard galvanized, but the surface has a more porous and abrasive finish that more readily accepts paint. This is preferred over galvanized if the metal is to be painted.
Perhaps the main advantage to ASTM A653 galvannealed steel sheet is its workability. It takes well to being welded, formed, machined, sheared, and drilled without cracking or damaging structural integrity.
A653 is a standard specification for a mild steel, low carbon product grade. It demonstrates excellent welding capability, ease of machinability, shearing and forming. A653 is often fabricated into parts where high strength isn't required. This might include fixture clamps, truck bed components, tool boxes, dumpsters, outdoor signage, architectural fixtures, and outdoor hardware. A1: We are a factory and also a professional manufacturer, established for 16 years and exporting for more than 15 years.

A2: Can provide small samples for free. Customized sample takes 5-7 days.

A3: Small trial order takes 5-7 days. Container order need 15-20 days.

A4: Cover with PE film , wrap with waterproof paper, pack with wooden plate,belt by steel strip, fasten on pallet.

Q6: What is your terms of payment?
