Due to the presence of the galvanized layer, DX57D+Z hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has excellent corrosion resistance. The galvanized layer can effectively prevent the substrate from contacting the atmosphere, thereby preventing the substrate from corroding and rusting.
DX57D+Z hot-dip galvanized steel has a tensile strength of about 570 MPa, a yield strength of not less than 370 MPa, and an elongation of more than 24%, making the material less likely to break during processing. The average Vickers hardness is between 50-70 HV (0.2), providing good wear resistance and machinability. It is widely used in many fields such as construction, home appliances, and automobiles.
