Products Description
Galvanized steel is a kind of thin steel sheet dipped into a bath of dissolved zinc so that it sticks to a layer of zinc on the surface. At present it mainly uses continuous galvanizing process which is to immerse steel coils in zinc dissolved tank continuously to produce galvanized steel sheets and to alloy galvanized steel sheet.This kind of steel sheet is made by hot dipping,and heated to 500ºC mmediately after it come out of the zinc tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. It has an excellent coating adhesion and weldabiity.
Zinc-spangle-free Galvanized Steel Sheet/Plate:
Available in thicknesses of 0.2mm-1.2mm, widths of 750mm-1250mm, with a zinc coating of Z30-Z280.
Surface Finishes: Skin-passed and textured, chromate passivation, chrome-free passivation, oiled, anti-fingerprint.

Packaging and Shipping
- Outer packaging is typically steel strapping, typically with four to six cross-straps in both the longitudinal and transverse directions to ensure the steel sheets are secure and not loose.
- For export shipments, we use fully enclosed wooden boxes or wooden pallets with steel strapping, meeting international transportation and fumigation standards.
Applications
The zinc crystals on the surface of galvanized steel show a pattern of scales or blades.The solid galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion resstance,good welding and cold forming properties.The use of galvanized steel can be divided into general use,roofing,corrugated board building side panel structure, deep drawing and so on.
