Delivery Status?

Hot-rolled, controlled-rolled, normalized, TMCP (Thermomechanical Rolling).

Weldability?
Good, moderate carbon equivalent; thick plates (>25mm) require preheating to 100~150℃ to prevent cold cracking.

Common Welding Materials?
E50 series welding electrodes (e.g., E5015), ER50-6 welding wire, H08MnA flux.

Cold Bending Performance?

Qualified, no cracks after bending 180°; requires a larger bending radius (≥2t) to prevent cracking.

Heat Treatment Process?

Normalizing: Air cooling at 890~920℃ to refine grains and improve toughness.
Tempering: Air cooling at 600~650℃ to eliminate internal stress.
