1.How to clean daily light stains?

Cleaning Time: Recommended cleaning intervals are every 1-3 months (shorter to 1 month in outdoor environments and 3 months in dry indoor environments).
Tools: Soft cloth (such as a microfiber cloth), non-abrasive sponge, soft brush (soft bristles, such as a wool brush), low-pressure water jet (pressure ≤ 5 MPa, avoid direct high-pressure water).
Instructions:
First, rinse with clean water or wipe the surface with a soft cloth to remove loose dust.
For stubborn stains (such as bird droppings or light oil stains), add a small amount of neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid, concentration ≤ 1%) to clean water and gently wipe with a sponge.
After wiping, rinse immediately with clean water to avoid detergent residue, which may cause discoloration of the coating.
Finally, dry with a dry soft cloth or air dry (avoid direct sunlight to prevent stains from evaporating).

2.How to clean moderate stains (oil stains, mildew stains, industrial dust accumulation)?

Stain Characteristics: Targeted dissolution or decomposition is required; avoid vigorous rubbing.
Tools: In addition to the tools listed above, a soft scraper (such as a plastic scraper with a smooth edge to avoid scratches) may be used.
Cleaning Agents:
Grease: A neutral oil cleaner (such as a neutral kitchen degreaser, diluted before use) or isopropyl alcohol (a small amount, for spot cleaning, rinse immediately with water).
Mold: If mold is caused by moisture, wipe with a solution containing a small amount of sodium hypochlorite (concentration ≤ 0.5%) for no more than 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water to avoid discoloration caused by prolonged contact with sodium hypochlorite.
Industrial dust (containing acidic/alkaline components): Rinse with water first, then neutralize with a mild alkaline detergent (such as a baking soda solution, concentration ≤ 2%), and finally rinse with water.

3.What precautions should be taken for daily physical maintenance of color-coated steel plates?

Avoid contact with sharp objects: During transportation, installation, and use, prevent knives, metal edges, heavy objects, and other objects from scratching or striking the panels. If working near the panels, use soft protective mats (such as rubber mats or bubble wrap).

Avoid excessive local pressure: Stack panels flat during storage, supporting the bottom with a flat pallet to prevent single-point stress from causing dents (water can accumulate in dents, causing coating loss).

Regularly inspect fasteners: For color-coated roofs or walls, inspect fasteners such as screws and clips for looseness (looseness can cause the panels to wobble and long-term friction can wear away the coating). Tighten any looseness promptly. Regularly apply a small amount of anti-rust oil to the contact areas of fasteners to prevent rust from contaminating the coating.

4.How to pay attention to reducing corrosion factors?

Avoid prolonged contact with standing water: If the surface of the color-coated sheet has drainage grooves, regularly clean them of debris (such as leaves and mud) to ensure unobstructed drainage. If water accumulates on outdoor panels due to rain, wipe them dry promptly after the rain stops to avoid prolonged soaking (especially if the coating has minor damage, as this can seep into the base layer and cause rust).

Avoid corrosive environments: If the color-coated sheet is used near chemical plants, the seaside (which contains salt), or kitchens (which are exposed to heavy cooking fumes), the cleaning cycle should be shortened (e.g., once every two weeks at the seaside). During cleaning, the concentration of neutral detergent can be increased (but any residue must be thoroughly rinsed off). If necessary, periodically spray the sheet with a thin layer of silane protective agent (select a compatible type and test it in advance) to enhance corrosion resistance.

Avoid direct sunlight and alternating high temperatures: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the coating to age (fade and crack). For outdoor use, choose a light-colored coating (which reflects sunlight and reduces heat absorption) or construct a sunshade (such as a temporary canvas tent) over the sheet. Indoors, avoid heat sources (such as heaters and stoves) at a distance of at least 1 meter. rice.

5.How to deal with local scratches on the coating?

When to Treat: Treat within 24 hours of discovery to avoid stains from entering the scratched area.
Instructions:
Wipe the scratched area with a soft cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the surface.
After drying, use a fine brush to apply touch-up paint (purchase the appropriate type in advance, such as polyester or fluorocarbon paint) in the same color as the original finish. Apply evenly to the scratched area (the thickness of the paint should match the original finish; avoid applying too much).
Let it air dry for 24 hours (to avoid wind and dust). After drying, gently sand the surface with fine sandpaper (800 grit or higher) until smooth.
