1.What are the core principles of installing corrugated board?
Key contradiction: the plate must be fixed to resist wind loads, while allowing it to expand and contract freely.
Solution: dynamic balance is achieved through sliding connection + elastic buffer + structural adaptation.

2.What prevention and control measures are there during the design phase?
Board length and temperature joint design
Single board length limit: When laying horizontally, the single board length is recommended to be ≤12m (if it is too long, it needs to be divided into sections and set temperature joints); When laying vertically (the board ribs are perpendicular to the ground), the single board length can be appropriately extended, but the fixed point sliding design needs to be strengthened.
Temperature expansion joint reservation: The gap is filled with elastic sealant (silicone glue/polyurethane glue), and rigid sealing is prohibited.
Optimization of purlin spacing: The purlin must be kept absolutely horizontal (error ≤3mm/10m), and tilting will cause stress concentration.
3.What is the correct operation for setting screws?
Screw hole diameter: hole diameter ≥ screw diameter + 1mm
Drilling position: only punch the crest (avoid water accumulation)
Tightening degree: pre-tighten 70% first, and fully tighten after 24 hours
Gasket type: EPDM rubber gasket (elastic seal)
Arrangement direction: staggered Z-shaped arrangement (stress dispersion)

4.How should the board ends and edges be handled?
Overlapping of boards: Overlapping length ≥ 150mm, screws are used to fix only the lower board in the overlapping area, and the upper board can slide; Butyl tape (non-hardening sealant) is applied inside the overlapping seam.
Gable/eaves trimming: Leave a 3~5mm gap between the trimming piece and the board, and use U-shaped clips to elastically fix (welding is prohibited); "Ω-type" retractable trimming is used at the corner.
Anti-corrosion reinforcement of board cutting: All on-site cuttings must be immediately painted with epoxy zinc-rich primer + topcoat (same color as color coating) to avoid rust on the cutting and cause stress fracture of the board.

5.What are the key points of acceptance and maintenance?
Post-installation inspection: Use a feeler gauge to check the board seam width ≥ design value; Use a torque wrench to spot check the screws (torque value is as required by the manufacturer, usually 15~20N·m).
Seasonal review: After the extreme temperature season, check whether the sealant is cracked and the screws are loose; Use a hydraulic jack to fine-tune the deformation area, and do not hammer to correct it.
