Q195 Weldability:
Excellent weldability. Carbon equivalent < 0.3%. Can be welded using E43 series welding electrodes and CO₂ gas shielded welding. No preheating required.
Q195 Suitable for Cold Working Processes:
Cold bending, stamping, deep drawing, shearing, bending, and rolling. The ultimate deep drawing coefficient reaches 0.55, and the minimum bending radius is 0.5t.
Q195 Hot Rolling Process Parameters:
Heating temperature 1250±20℃, final rolling temperature ≥850℃, coiling temperature 600-650℃, ensuring uniform microstructure.
Q195 Performance Differences Between Cold-Rolled and Hot-Rolled Plates:
Cold-rolled plates have a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, slightly increased strength (yield strength 215-340MPa), and slightly decreased plasticity; hot-rolled plates have lower cost and a wider thickness range.
Q195 Requires Heat Treatment?
Normally delivered hot-rolled without heat treatment; after cold working, stress-relieving annealing (550-650℃) can be performed to eliminate residual stress.
