DX53D+Z is a high-quality steel coil treated by hot-dip galvanizing (HDG). The base material is DX53D low-carbon steel, and the zinc layer coverage ranges from Z60 (low zinc layer) to Z450 (ultra-high zinc layer). This product has both excellent formability and long-term anti-corrosion performance, and is widely used in automobiles, home appliances, construction, energy and other fields.
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) is an anti-corrosion technology that immerses steel parts in molten zinc liquid (about 450°C) to form a zinc-iron alloy layer through metallurgical reaction. It is characterized by a thick zinc layer (usually 45-300μm) and an anti-corrosion life of up to 20-50 years; metallurgical bonding, high bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, and not easy to peel off; full coverage, which can protect the corners of complex-shaped workpieces.
