DX53D+Z150 is a highly formable hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that complies with European standards (EN 10346) and has excellent stamping performance and corrosion resistance.
Among them, DX53D represents ultra-deep drawing grade steel (IF steel) with excellent formability; +Z150 is a double-sided galvanized layer with a weight of 150g/m² (approximately 10.5μm/side); "53" is the serial number of the steel grade. The number can be 52, 53, 54, etc. The bigger the number, the better the deep drawing performance of the material.
