Galvanized square and rectangular pipe production process classification:

Square and rectangular tubes are divided according to the production process: hot-rolled seamless square tubes, cold-drawn seamless square tubes, extruded seamless square tubes, and welded square tubes. Among them, welded square pipes are divided into:

(a) According to the processing technology - arc welding square tube, resistance welding machine square tube (high frequency, high frequency), gas cutting square tube, furnace welding square tube

(b) According to welding - straight seam welded square pipe, spiral welded square pipe.

Square tubes

Galvanized square tube material classification:

Square tubes are divided into materials: plain carbon steel square tubes and alloy structural steel square tubes. Common carbon steel is divided into: Q195, Q215, Q235, SS400, 20# steel, 45# steel, etc.; high alloy steel is divided into Q345, 16Mn, Q390, ST52-3, etc.

Galvanized square and rectangular tube cross-section classification:

Square tubes are classified according to their cross-section shapes: (1) Simple cross-section square tubes – square square tubes, rectangular frame square tubes (2) Complex cross-section square tubes – flower-shaped square tubes, open-mouth square tubes, corrugated square tubes, special-shaped square tubes Square tube.
