For the batch hot-dip galvanizing process, the speed at which the workpiece is drawn out of the zinc liquid is generally controlled at V≈1~2 m/s. After the workpiece leaves the surface of the zinc liquid, it depends on the reflow state of the zinc liquid and the heat capacity of the workpiece. , and then choose to increase the extraction and moving speed, which can sometimes reach more than 15 m/s. For steel with a high silicon content, in order to prevent the galvanized layer from being dark and ultra-thick during galvanizing operations, variable frequency speed regulation can be used to increase the speed in stages during the process of drawing the workpiece out of the zinc liquid. The speed when leaving the zinc liquid surface is selected at V<3 m/s, and the speed when the workpiece leaves the zinc liquid surface is selected at V≈15~20 m/s, in order to shorten the air cooling time of the workpiece after hot-dip galvanizing as much as possible.

The lifting height of the crane is generally H≥7~8 m. When selecting the lifting height, the specific lifting height value must also be selected based on factors such as the structure and specifications of the workpieces undertaken by the company, equipment maintenance and lifting, etc. After the lifting height value is determined, it will determine the eaves height of the production line factory building, the elevation of the crane track beam, etc., which also determines the scale of investment in the construction of the production line.
The crane's trolley is selected according to the manufacturer, so there is no big problem.
