Cold Rolled DC04 Steel Coil
DC04 is a high-quality deep-drawing grade cold-rolled low-carbon steel defined in the European standard EN 10130. Its core value lies in the deep-drawing performance and surface quality far exceeding that of ordinary cold-rolled sheets through precise cold-rolling process and annealing treatment, which is particularly suitable for the manufacture of parts requiring complex deformation processing.
As low-carbon steel, it is easy to recycle and reuse, which is in line with the sustainable development concept of modern manufacturing industry.

Carbon (C): ≤ 0.08%
Manganese (Mn): ≤ 0.40%
Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.030%
Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.030%
The low alloying element content ensures excellent cold forming properties and weldability.

Yield strength (Rp0.2): 120 - 240 MPa (depending on thickness and condition)
Tensile strength (Rm): 270 - 350 MPa
Elongation at break (A80mm): ≥ 34% (generally higher for thickness ≤ 2mm)
Plastic strain ratio (r-value): ≥ 1.8 (average value, reflecting resistance to thinning)
Work hardening index (n-value): ≥ 0.20 (reflecting uniform deformation ability)
