Is the quality of CR380LA+Z steel good?
CR380LA+Z cold-rolled galvanized steel coil belongs to the mid-to-high-end galvanized steel coil, which is better than ordinary commercial grade (such as DX51D+Z), but slightly lower than top-grade automotive special steel (such as DP600+Z). It meets the requirements of "high-strength galvanized steel sheet for stamping" in GB/T 20564.2 standard and is suitable for applications with balanced requirements for strength, formability and corrosion resistance.
CR: Cold Rolled
380: Yield strength ≥380 MPa (low alloy high-strength steel)
LA: Low Alloy
+Z: Zinc Coated, optional coating weight (such as Z60, Z80, Z120)

CR380LA+Z cold rolled galvanized steel coil is used for?
CR380LA+Z steel coil has:
High strength and light weight: 80% stronger than ordinary galvanized steel (such as DX51D), can be thinned to reduce costs.
Excellent formability: elongation ≥18%, suitable for stamping, bending and other processing.
Strong corrosion resistance: galvanized layer (Z60-Z180) provides long-term anti-corrosion protection, salt spray test ≥800 hours without red rust.
Good welding performance: low alloy content (Ceq≤0.25%), compatible with spot welding, laser welding and other processes
Applicable to
Automobile field
Body structure parts: door anti-collision beam, B-pillar reinforcement
Chassis parts: suspension bracket, subframe
New energy vehicles: battery pack shell (electromagnetic compatibility needs to be verified)
Home appliances and construction
Home appliance panels: refrigerator, washing machine shell (smooth surface)
Building structure: light steel keel, cable tray
