The SGCC+Z275 is a type of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that complies with the JIS G3302 standard (Japanese Industrial Standard). Its base material is low-carbon cold-rolled steel (SPCC), and its surface is treated with a hot-dip zinc coating. The total zinc coating weight on both sides is 275 g/m² (approximately 137.5 g/m² per side), classifying it as an ultra-high zinc coating galvanized steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance.

SGCC+Z275 galvanized steel sheet advantages
The zinc layer thickness (275g/m²) is more than 4 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet (Z60), suitable for highly corrosive environments (such as seaside and chemical plants).
The service life is 20-30 years in ordinary environments (about 10-15 years for ordinary galvanized sheet), reducing replacement and maintenance costs
Can be sheared, stamped, and bent (it is recommended that the bending radius is ≥ 2 times the plate thickness to prevent the zinc layer from peeling off)
