This method is generally not used for zinc-iron alloy plates.
2. Oiling treatment: The purpose of oiling is also to prevent the product from rusting due to moisture. The oiling methods include electrostatic oiling and roller oiling. Oiling can play a role before use, but since the anti-rust oil is easy to evaporate or wipe off, its effect time is limited.
3. Paint sealing treatment: Paint sealing is commonly known as fingerprint-resistant products. In order to prevent galvanized products from leaving fingerprints during processing, an extremely thin fingerprint-resistant protective film is applied to the surface of the galvanized product to improve the corrosion resistance and coating performance of the product. This method is suitable for the special needs of home appliances.
4. Phosphating treatment: In order to improve the painting performance, the surface is phosphated and chromium-free sealed after galvanizing.
5.Anti-fingerprint treatment: For the internal parts of the electronics industry and household appliances, they are repeatedly touched by hand during processing. In order to prevent fingerprints and sweat from leaving on the steel plate, anti-fingerprint coating treatment is performed.
6.Self-lubricating anti-fingerprint treatment: For micro-motors and motor housing parts, self-lubricating coating treatment is performed to protect the surface of the steel plate and reduce damage during processing.
These treatment methods have their own characteristics, aiming to improve the corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance and lubricity of galvanized sheets to meet the needs of different fields and applications.
