Extremely low impurity element content: Strictly limiting the content of the five harmful elements (such as P and S) and gaseous elements (O, N, and H) in the steel.
"Few, small, and controllable" non-metallic inclusions: Not only should the number of inclusions be small, but their size should also be small, their distribution uniform, and their morphology should be controllable through processing (e.g., transforming harmful strip-shaped inclusions into harmless spherical or spindle-shaped inclusions) to eliminate their cutting effect on the matrix.

2.How strict are the requirements for the content of impurity elements in pure steel?
The purity requirements for cold-rolled coils vary greatly depending on their intended use. For the highest-grade deep-drawing sheets (such as automotive body panels), the requirements are exceptionally stringent.

3.What are the manufacturing processes for pure steel?
The production of pure steel is the result of comprehensive process control, starting with hot metal pretreatment and extending throughout the entire steelmaking, continuous casting, and rolling process. Every step serves to "purify" and "remove impurities."
Hot Metal Pretreatment: Before blast furnace hot metal enters the converter, it undergoes desulfurization, desiliconization, and dephosphorization treatments, reducing the burden on subsequent refining from the source.
Converter/Electric Furnace Smelting: Precise control of the final carbon and temperature prevents over-oxidation.
