Characteristics
1. Heat reflectivity:
The heat reflectivity of galvanized steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet. People often use it as a heat-insulating material.
2. Heat resistance:
Alu-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is very similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum-coated steel sheet and is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, lighting fixtures and fluorescent lamp covers. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of galvanized steel coils is mainly due to aluminum and its protective function. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide, which prevents corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
3. Economical:
Because the density of 55% AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of the aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of the plated steel sheet under the same weight and the same thickness of the gold-plated layer.
4. Easy to paint
The aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet has excellent adhesion to the paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering.
5. The aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet has a gorgeous silver-white surface.
