Heavy-Duty Steel Grating for Wind Power Platforms
Steel graing can be made by Manual welding,Machine welding,which can arrange the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude order to certain distance.Cross bar is pressed into the beaing bar by high tension resistance welding which is controlled by mould/computer.
Flat steel is generally cold rolled Q235 flat steel, can also be hot rolled I flat steel, tooth flat steel, inclined flat steel, stainless steel flat steel and other specifications.The bar is generally twisted square steel, square steel, round steel, flat steel, etc.The surface treatment has: hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing, spray model, spray paint, dip anti-rust oil can prevent oxidation rust, (general stainless steel need not above treatment, most stainless steel surface polishing treatment).
