* The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tightly bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.
* The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. The low voltage winding of 500KVA and below is of double-layer cylinder structure, of 630kVA and above adopt double helix or four helix structure. High-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure.
* Dyn11 is used in the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

500 Kva Pole Mounted distribution Transformer Economical Operation:
I. Reducing No-Load Losses
(1) Using high-performance silicon steel or amorphous alloy strips and step lap joints.
(2) Improving the iron core structure and manufacturing processes to reduce the process coefficient.
(3) Avoiding stacking iron yokes, not painting silicon steel strips, and controlling shearing burrs to be less than 0.02mm.
II. Reducing Load Losses
(1) Using oxygen-free copper wire rods with higher electrical conductivity than electrolytic copper to improve the electrical conductivity coefficient.
(2) Lowering current density appropriately, improving the insulation structure, utilizing half oil ducts, prefabricated insulation components, complete winding transposition, integral winding packaging, self-adhesive wire and paper, reducing insulation volume, increasing winding filling factor, and minimizing winding dimensions through optimized design.
III. Reducing Losses in Other Components
(1) Improving the iron core structure to control stray magnetic flux in the winding, adjusting ampere-turn balance to reduce stray losses in components like oil tanks.
(2) Replacing pipe-type radiators with corrugated oil tanks, fin-type radiators, or heat pipes, and using new structural radiators to enhance heat dissipation efficiency.
(3) Utilizing enhanced plastic fans for improved efficiency and reduced noise.
(4) Employing magnetic shielding or electrical shielding to reduce stray losses in oil tanks and using non-magnetic materials for bundling or flux barriers to minimize stray losses.
IV. Utilizing the Characteristics of Working Machinery to Reduce Losses
If the capacity changes in sync with the transformer's load, the phenomenon of "overcapacity" can be eliminated or reduced, thereby reducing losses. Voltage fluctuations occur due to load variations, causing the working machinery to operate outside its most efficient range. If the voltage is adjusted in tandem with load variations, keeping the working machinery close to its highest efficiency, maintaining three-phase current balance, and minimizing harmonics, energy consumption can be reduced.
