INTRODUCTION
The raw material of cold rolled steel coil is high quality hot rolled product, and after pickling continuous rolling, degreasing, annealing, skin pass, slitting and cut to length line etc.
Firstly, the hot rolled coils are used as raw mateirals, the oxide film was removed with pickling and annealing. During this process, the hardness of the hot rolled coils are lowered, and the performance of steel is improved. There are Two kinds of annealing treatment, one is Bell-type annealing furnace producing bright steel coils, the other is Continuous Annealing furnace producing black steel coils.

MATERIAL &APPLICATION
1)Material: Ordinary Carbon Steel - Q195, SPCC, DC01, ST12, can be applied in cold-roll forming, such as civil electronics, furing channel, steel pipes, freezing tools. But cannot be used in punching pressing.
2)Material: Punching Pressing Grade Steel - O8AL, SPCD, DC03 / 04, ST13 / 14, can be applied in punching pressing. for complex steel structure, home appliance, automobile and traffic communications and etc.
3) Material: Superior Punching Pressing Grade Steel -SPCE, SPCEN, DC05 / 06, ST15 / 16, along with the excellent features of good punch -pressing, The product is widely used in container holder equipments, steel door and window manufacturing.
