S550GD+Z armored galvanized steel strip is an ultra-high strength hot-dip galvanized steel strip designed for mechanical protection in harsh environments. Its excellent tensile strength (≥550 MPa) and thick galvanized layer (Z180~Z275) can effectively resist impact, corrosion and external damage, and is widely used in cable armor, pipeline protection and special equipment protection.

S550GD+Z armored steel strip
1. Ultra-high strength, reliable protection
Yield strength ≥550 MPa, tensile strength 550~700 MPa, far exceeding ordinary galvanized steel strip (such as S350GD+Z).
Suitable for heavy cable armor (such as mining, submarine cables) and high-pressure pipeline protection, effectively resisting mechanical damage and external pressure.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance
Double-sided hot-dip galvanizing (Z180~Z275), uniform and dense zinc layer, salt spray test ≥1000 hours, suitable for humid, high-salt or chemical environments.
+Z passivation treatment (optional oiling +O) further extends service life and reduces maintenance requirements.
3. Excellent processing performance
Low-carbon micro-alloy substrate, balanced strength and formability, supports stamping, bending, welding and other processing processes.
Provide straight steel strip or corrugated steel strip (enhanced flexibility, adapt to complex laying environments).
4. Comply with international standards
Implementation standards: EN 10346 (European standard), GB/T 2518 (national standard).
