Processing suggestions
Stamping: Die gap 12-15% plate thickness, recommended lubricant viscosity 60-80SSU
Welding: Spot welding 10-12kA (1.5mm plate thickness); Laser welding: 4kW/5m/min (nitrogen protection)
Cutting: Plasma cutting is better (laser cutting needs to increase power by 20%)
