Products Advantages
DX52D+Z Steel is a European standard hot-dip galvanized steel grade designed mainly for excellent cold formability and deep drawing applications. It belongs to the DX series (EN 10346 standard) :
- DX = cold forming steel (flat steel for forming)
- 52 = medium formability level (better than DX51D, lower than DX53/54 in strength but better shaping ability)
- D = drawing quality steel (good stamping/deep drawing performance)
- +Z = hot-dip pure zinc coating

Packaging and Shipping
Galvanized steel sheets are carefully packaged to prevent moisture, corrosion, surface damage, and deformation during handling and long-distance transportation.

Packaging Method
Anti-rust paper (VCI paper): Placed between sheets to prevent white rust.
Plastic film wrapping (PE/PVC): Fully covers the bundle to protect against moisture and dust.
Steel strapping: Strong metal or plastic bands used to secure the package tightly.
Wooden pallets or wooden skids: Provide stable support and ease of forklift handling.
Edge protectors: Installed to prevent damage to corners and edges during transport.
(Optional) Light oil coating for extra corrosion protection in long sea shipments.
