Hot-dipped galvanized steel checker plate information
Steel can easily rust when exposed to moisture environment, so it should be painted or galvanized before using. Product Specification
1. Different materials of Checker plates: Mild steel and galvanized steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, ect.
2. Checkered steel plates Thickness: 2mm to 20mm, or per as request.
3. Common plate sheet width rang: 600mm and 2000mm, or as oper request.
4. Common plate sheet length rang: 1000mm and 12000mm, or as oper request.
5. Surface: Black, Oiled, Shot Blasted, Spray Paint, Coated, Galvanized, or as Your Request

Steel checker plates are mostly finished with hot dipped galvanizing layer or zinc plate to achieve enhanced anti-corrosion resistance property and bright silver surface.
The plated carbon steel checker plates are used also with bar grating as covering surface to form a stair tread with light weight and strong structure.
Checkered plate patterns:
Lentil-shaped/Hyacinth Bean, Diamond-shaped, Round Bean-shaped, Grain, and mixed shapes. The bar numbers are 1 bar, 2 bar, 3 bar, 5 bar or 6 bar chequered mostly for anti skidding surface.
