Products Description
The JIS G 3302 standard defines the specifications and requirements for hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and strips, mainly including two types: hot-dip pure zinc coating and hot-dip galvanized iron alloy coating. The coating weight is usually expressed in grams per square meter (g/m²). Common coating weights are: Z12: 120 g/m², Z18: 180 g/m², Z22: 220 g/m², Z27: 275 g/m², Z35: 350 g/m², Z43: 430 g/m², Z53: 530 g/m².
In the JIS G3302 standard, the types of steel sheets and coils are divided into different types according to hot-rolled or cold-rolled substrates, and the corresponding grades are specified. These grades include SGHC, SGH340, SGCC, etc., each with different thicknesses and uses.
