SECE electrogalvanized steel sheet is a steel sheet with a galvanized surface and coated with an inorganic zinc-rich coating.
The inorganic zinc-rich coating has good heat resistance and weather resistance, and can meet the use requirements of high temperature and corrosive environments. This type of steel sheet is mainly used for equipment and pipeline manufacturing in the fields of chemical industry, power, environmental protection, etc.
SECE steel sheets are usually first cold-rolled to improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy. In the electrolytic cell, zinc is deposited on the surface of the steel sheet to form a uniform zinc coating. The thickness is usually between 0.3mm and 3.0mm. The width is based on customer needs, usually between 600mm and 1500mm. The coating weight is generally between 20g/m² and 100g/m², which can be customized according to needs.
