Coating Type:

Pure zinc coating: Offers the best ductility and is the optimal choice.

Zinc-iron alloy coating: Offers higher hardness and good wear resistance, but is slightly less ductile than pure zinc and has a slightly higher risk of microcracking during extreme bending.

Coating Thickness: Select an appropriate coating thickness. Excessively thick coatings (such as Z275) are more prone to microcracking or flaking during bending. For most roll-formed products, Z90, Z120, and Z180 are common choices.
