What is the difference between DC01 and DC04 steel?
DC01 – This grade can be used for simple forming work, e.g. bending, embossing, beading and drawing. DC03 – This grade is suitable for forming requirements such as deep drawing and difficult profiling. DC04 – This grade is suitable for high forming requirements.
What is the difference between DC01 and DC05?
DC01 can be used for simple forming work, for example Bending, embossing, beading and pulling. DC03 is suitable for forming requirements like Deep drawing and difficult profiles suitable. DC04 is suitable for high deformation requirements. DC05 is a thermal forming grade, it is suitable for higher forming requirements.
What is the difference between dc01am and S235?
S235 has higher strength than DC01. Designed for structural applications, S235 offers the durability and load-bearing capacity needed for construction and engineering projects. DC01 has lower strength and is intended for applications where detailed shaping is key rather than load-bearing performance
What is DC03 steel grade?
Mild low-carbon steel for cold forming
Grade DC03 exhibits excellent deep-drawing capability under all types of deformation. This grade is suitable for forming requirements such as deep drawing and difficult profiling.
Is CR4 the same as DC01?
Standard fabrication and engineering often use CR4, which is more widely used referred to as DC 01. We can provide you with standard sheet sizes just in time for your next project in any of the above specifications.
