Color-coated electro-galvanized steel coil is a composite material with electro-galvanized steel sheet (SECC/EG) as the substrate and coated with an organic coating after surface treatment. It has the following characteristics:
Ultra-smooth surface: The electroplated zinc layer is uniform and free of zinc spangles, Ra≤0.5μm, which is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet
Precision processing: Suitable for 0.1mm precision stamping (such as air-conditioning air guide plate, hard disk bracket)
Excellent coating: Coating adhesion ≥0 level (cross-cut method), no phosphating pretreatment required
Environmental advantages: 100% chromium-free passivation can be achieved (RoHS/REACH compliant)
