Galvanized Steel
Sheet plate galvanised steel DX54D is coated with zinc, which makes it a durable steel sheet. Due to its high formability, this steel can be used primarily in fabrication work. This equipment includes the automotive, structural, and domestic appliances industries. The presence of the zinc layer aids in preventing rust, and these materials can be used internally and externally where there is wetness or humidity.

Production Processes of DX54D Steel
Throughout the entire production process, we strictly control every link to ensure that each batch of products meets the highest quality standards, ensuring the reliability and durability of our DX54D steel, so you can rest assured.
Smelting process: First, we melt and refine the raw materials to ensure that the chemical composition of the molten steel meets the required quality standards.
Hot rolling process: Next, the molten steel is cast into billets and hot rolled at a high temperature of about 1200°C. This step is mainly to reduce the thickness of the steel and improve its properties.
Cold rolling process: After hot rolling, the steel is cold rolled to further reduce the thickness, while improving the surface finish and precision to ensure that the finished product is more accurate in size.
Continuous annealing: To reduce the internal stress generated during the cold rolling process, we will heat the steel to 700-800°C for annealing, which can enhance the ductility of the steel and make it easier to process.
Galvanizing treatment: Finally, to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel, we use a hot dip galvanizing process to immerse the steel in molten zinc at 450-460°C to form a zinc coating to effectively prevent rust.
