Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheets In Coils
Galvanized sheet, a thin steel plate immersed in a molten zinc tank to form a thin layer of zinc on its surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheets are continuously immersed in the zinc-plated tank filled with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheets; alloyed galvanized steel sheets. This type of steel sheet is also manufactured by the hot-dip method, but after being discharged from the tank, it is immediately heated to around 500ºC to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good adhesion to coatings and weldability.

The surface is smooth without any texture, and the zinc coating is uniform. It usually adopts the "no zinc flower" process (such as rapid cooling in a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line).
- The zinc layer thickness range is wide (commonly 40-275g/m², in accordance with the GB/T 2518-2019 standard), with stable corrosion resistance.
zinc flower coil:
The surface presents visible crystalline patterns (zinc flowers) formed by slow cooling after galvanization (such as the "natural crystallization after galvanization" process).
- The size of zinc flowers is classified (large zinc flowers, small zinc flowers), with high aesthetic appeal, but the zinc layer thickness is usually slightly thinner (60-180g/m²).
