Normal temperature, non-welded, minor: A.
Normal temperature, welded, load-bearing: B (most commonly used).
Around 0℃, low-temperature welding: C.
Extreme cold (-20℃), high toughness: D.
Can it replace ASTM A36?
Yes, it can, with similar composition and properties; A36: Yield strength ≥250MPa, C≤0.29%, S/P≤0.05%.

Horizontal creases, rust, dimensional deviations, mechanical defects, edge cracks, inclusions.
Acceptance Standards?
According to GB/T 700: appearance, dimensions, mechanical properties, composition; tensile + impact testing for each batch.
